Last week I had the TCM flashed in my 07 v8. This really does seem to make a difference in how smooth the car shifts. Now for the question, today I was driving at about 45 mph a message flashed on the display "speed limited to 155 mph". Has anybody seen this message when they were not going 155?

Yes, I had it one time. I didn't think these cars could go much over 155. But when it happened I was just turning a left from a stop sign. No idea why it happened and it has never done it since then.

It probably knew that if you punched it, it would be there relatively quickly, so it was just a warning. :rolleyes: These are fast cars... especially for what they are and represent! :cool2:

I had it flash a "speed limited to 148mph" once while parked in a driveway watching a DVD....weird...havent seen it again... but I have had it to over 140 mph...was solid, tight, suprisingly well mannered....I was impressed to say the least.....

Interesting bug.

Mine recently said 'speed limited to 145 kmh' and it was raining, so I had the wipers on the rain sensitive setting and just figured it was a safety thing cause of the rain. But it happened again when it was dry and I wasn't going very fast at all.
