Made an interesting discovery the other night. When driving with the headlamps in the manually on position, the articulating function of the HID's is disabled. They only work when the stalk switch is set to "auto".

Never noticed this, but I did read it in the manual...

I did notice this....the first night I had the car, I had my wife come for a ride. "Wait until you see the cool headlights, they move with the steering wheel!" After a few corners of not much happening, she was like......"umm hmmm, great sweetie". I thought, "I could have sworn they were more noticeable on the test drive"..........haha

I figured it out pretty quickly.
