I am not a big fan of the clear tail lights and much prefer the smoked look (for my Raven Black baby). There is a product out there called Night Shades that I was considering...I am reluctant to desecrate my originals however. So the questions are:

1) Anyone got a ball park price on a 2nd set of lights to play with?
2) Anyone else prefer smoking to clear?
3) Anyone got any experience with this kind of thing and think I should just stay clear of this stuff?

i am going to go a little different route on this one
my local shop will 'tint' my tail lights for me
this way if i don't like it, i can just take the tint off

I didn't realize that a paint shop could do something like that...it is an interesting option...

If anyone goes this route I'm interested in doing the same thing. I think smoked tail lights would clean on a black CTS.
