I have an 04 SRX AWD V-6 that I installed the after market class III hitch and 4-wire light system for towing. I'm in the process of updating the lights to include the 7-pin lights and electric brakes. The installer at the camper superstore spent 4.5 hours trying to located the steady brake wire to tie-in the electric brakes and couldn't find it. He said the regular brake wires have a pulse to them and won't work for the electric brakes. Cadillac is closed for the weekend and we are still trying to get a day of camping in. Any help as to how the 7-pin lights and electric brakes are wired on this vehicle to assist the installer is appreciated. :thepan:
