....ive had this one before...i looked it up:

P0147 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 3It means the O2 sensor at the outlet end of the catalytic converter is not responding to changes in fuel trim the way the PCM expects it to respond.

What did you do the last time you had this code?

$50 at rockauto, a wrench, a heat shield, good to go. Do the job cold, and don't touch or get any anti-seize on the sensor tip. Don't bend or twist the wiring as one of the three wires is a fragile "clean air reference" signal wire.

What did you do the last time you had this code?I didn't state that correctly.

It is the heater that is not responding the way the PCM expects it to respond. Check the 10A OXY SEN B fuse in the underhood fuse/relay box for continuity and corrosion. If that checks OK, you might have to replace that sensor.

You can't tell by looks. Just R & R it. It is the aft-CAT sensor.

The O2 sensors also vary fuel/air ratios. That has a direct effect on gas mileage.
