What did you do the last time you had this code? Do the job cold, and don't touch or get any anti-seize on the sensor tip. Don't bend or twist the wiring as one of the three wires is a fragile "clean air reference" signal wire. What did you do the last time you had this code?I didn't state that correctly. It is the heater that is not responding the way the PCM expects it to respond. Check the 10A OXY SEN B fuse in the underhood fuse/relay box for continuity and corrosion. If that checks OK, you might have to replace that sensor. That has a direct effect on gas mileage.
