) but for some reason it says it won't work with Nav.

Does anybody know if it will work on an SRX with Nav?

Or maybe one of you knows of a another mount that will work.

I really want something small and not very noticeable.

this is the vehicle mount i have in my 08 SRX. You can get a device holder for broad range of devices including ipods from the same web site. I also have one in my wife's 07 CTS. Both fit PERFECTLY !
