The 30K a year lease isn't very attractive.

Basically 700 a month. For a loaded model high mileage lease, that seems ok. BUT, Thing is, with that kind of mileage, it will have 65,000 miles at turn in. You will have replaced tires at least once (if not twice), will have needed to perform some preventative maintenance, and the vehicle will be out of warrantee for the last year or so (15K miles). I personally would never get into a lease that exceeded the warrantee. Thats just me. Other options would be to buy or shorten the lease. Also, for the kind of miles you put on, a CPO w/ 100K warrantee is truly the way to go IMO.

I actually got the car for 575.....now to me thats a reallllllly good deal!
