That's what I thought. It's baffling. I was hoping some more people would check it out and drop there opinions on wiether or not it's an authentic Lac.
I've seen a few of these over the years. Not sure who did them but basically they're late 70s era commercially modded/chopped Sevilles. Not sure what the company was. Some convertible, some hard top. Most had the RR grill and continental kit on the ass end. Even saw Jerry Lewis driving one in an off the cuff scene on some early 90s documentary about him. Jerry's had the continental/spare tires mounted on the front fenders, 30s early 40s style. Pretty cool but not my favorite commercially modded car - like the 96-02 Eldorado convertibles better, myself.
