I am often finding it hard to get the car into 1st and/or 2nd gear...
Started off with just first...now 2nd seems to be doing it also. I understand when parked sometimes you may need to go to 2nd then back to 1st to "sync" it but it is often happening while tooling around town.

I have a Short throw that I installed myself....Is there something I may have done wrong?? Everything still feels tight.

First sometimes is a chore if the syncros don't syncro.

From first to second, nope, but if you are yanking the shifter with a deathgrip (ala Reed method), you might have bent a fork.

The T56 is a good trans, but that isn't to say stuff can't go wrong with it.
