I 've been looking for some time, and it seems every vendor I call doesn't carry them in 6x115 any more. Any Leads?

I'd like those, too. Do you have any pics of them on the V?

I am talking truck in the sense of escalade/navigator/denali/etc... I know..if it cant hold a yard of dirt its not a truck, but seriously..why would you waste your money on those rims when you can get a nice set of CCWs for the same price or less and you have the added comfort of KNOWING that those will fit.

Because.

1.) I've seen 10 people on this forum with those wheels on their car.
2.) I think they look nice, as do other people.
3.) Are you a CCW salesman?

SkullV

1) Yes, because they are nice wheels, but they will still be very rare...because you almost NEVER see another CTS-V on the street anyway.
2) Put up a poll, MOST people on this forum will tell you to stay away from 20" rims and even more people will tell you to stay away from those 20" rims.
3)I am in no way affiliated with CCW, I just know a good product when I see one.

Someone find these wheels so I can buy his old wheels lol. I really need them.

What size rim would you suggest? I mean, for christ sakes you can get the optional 20s on the coming CTS-V, in 09. The STANDARD wheels are ALREADY 19. GMAC must like 'em. =)

Double post.

It depends on what you are doing with the car honestly, MOST people bought the CTS-V for performance and not just for looks. Someone who is performance minded would PROBABLY go with a wider 18" rim or a light 19" rim. I will be buying some 19" CCW's next month. 9" wide in the back and 8.5" wide in the front. I would also do some searching if I were you because almost everyone that has put 20's on the car has had issues with them. I am sorry if I offended you, and what really matters is what YOU like because it will be on YOUR car.

Mostly rubbing...the car just wasn't made for 20" rims..but like I said, I don't really have any firsthand experience with 20" rims on this car, in fact the 19's that I am going to get will be the biggest rims I have ever had on a car.

I agree with you. John makes great rims. He started with race wheels and now his wheels are world class IMHO. I think CCW will be next HRE or better.

Well, which 19 CCWs are you getting? Also, there's no way to order online on CCWs site. Am I missing something or do I have to call?

I just talked to "Chip" at CCW. For 19" SP20s with tires, he wants 4400.

Thanks for the thread jack guys. Frankly I am only interested in assistance in finding these wheels in specific and not opions on what to go with. Not trying to be bitchy, but keeping on track. Trust me Performance mods are my foremost goal, however I am looking for something to spice up the appearance for the summer, and keep me interested in it untill next year' 09 V purchase

Are there any rims similar with black spokes and a chrome lip, that we can use?

Almost any custom rim company will make you rims with any finish you want.

Yeah, for close to 5k. =/ I don't want to spend 5k on wheels that will be useless in less than a year, when I get the 09. That's just throwing out money. I'm not keeping this car but another year.

Get your stockers powder coated black for a couple hundred then. That is the cheapest way to freshen up the cars look.
