Wow! More snow and cold here in Upstate NY! I own a 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood that just turned 180,000 miles this week. It's great car. Anyway. . . as I was checking the oil yesterday and doing my routine under the hood inspection, I noticed that a half-moon shaped chunk of rubber was hanging from the upper control arm shaft. Upon further examination with a flashlight, it looks as if some of the rubber bushing has deteriorated and is coming apart. Will this bad bushing cause any safety related problems or can I wait until spring to make repairs? Thank you for your advice.
