When It gets a little nicer out I want to have new moter mounts and the new gm bushings Installed on my car but since the faq does not have any printable TSB's any more I dont know what to show my dealer if they act stupid when I ask them about the two

Basically can anyone email me the tsb for the Gm bushing for the rear cradle so that i can show the dealer along with any info about the moter mounts that was released by gm. Thankyou in advance

My email is bdhueber@yahoo.com

The GM bushings are worthless, IMHO. Your car will still hop like a bunny with a hot foot.

Just get the Specter Werks bushings and do the install yourself ... you'll be far better off.

Don't know about motor mounts ... sorry.

The ONLY reason I'd get the GM bushings is so you could say to a prospective buyer of the car that you had it done. I first thought they helped, but later revised my opinion. If they do help, it's VERY marginal at best.

Email sent on the wheel hop bushings TSB. This is a new TSB with new supplemental Rear Sub-Frame bushings that was released on Jan. 23, 2008 for 2004-2005 CTS-Vs.

I tried to buy the Specter works bushings but they don't make them for the 06 /07 yet. Wheel hop must be less on my car but it is still there and I would like to find something to help.

KARS III will be going on in the next couple of months.

I'd be willing to bet they're far more like the Specter Werks ones ... don't know this for a fact, but this would make sense 'cause it'd be far cheaper for GM compared with replacing a few thousand more diffs.
