I'm trying to figure out why my FDC center is only showing "c" with a "d" every now and agian. I unplugged the programmer and the "c" stayed, so now I'm trying to swap the FDC and the CCP around to see it that changes anything but have no idea on how to get to it without taking dash off. Which is something I REALLY do not what to do.

Fuel Data Center?

Easy, the plastic wood trim comes out via T-15 torx screws, you'll see them on the upper portion where the FDC and ECC go. The one around the headlight and window lock have 1 screw on top too, then there will be more screws holding the main panel on. The plastic half moon piece under the steering wheel just pops out revealing 2 more screws that need to come out. Put the tilt steering wheel all the way down and put the shifter into 1st, then just pull the trim panel off. FDC is held in by 2 more Torx screws and just slides out.
