Is remote start only offered with the Premium luxury collection or can you get it added to any package? I thought I read somewhere that it was included with AWD but the dealer that we are ordering through said it's not.

Here ya go . . . remote start is included in (Y41) Lux Lev II Pkg which, in turn, is included in (PDQ) Prem Lux Col, (PDW) Performance Lux Pkg, and (PDZ) Hot Lava Pkg.
