My check engine light appeard on the 1996 Deville. A scam through the codes revealed P0717 - Input Speed Sensor Circuit Low Input. The input speed sensor was changed and tried to clear the code, but it keeps returning. How do I clear the code permanantly and keep the check engine light from coming back on? Any help would be appreciated.

if the code keeps coming back that probably means the sensor was not the problem, id suspect sumthing before the sencsor, such as the harness
