I have purchased a salesman's letters from Cadillac with alot of 1993 running changes, and updates. One thing of interest whch is why I bought it. A planned car, (1 made) that was killed before # 2 was made.

It was to become available in January of 1993 to comemmorate the end of the Coupe deVille. 1 unit was made for photography purposes, and then they pulled the plug on the car. Reson(s) unknown..
Here was the specs:

The normal '93 deVille / 60 Special allowed the buyer to select either a Cassette or a CD, with the optional Bose Gold Series Stereo. This Special
Coupe de Ville used the Eldo/Seville stereo that had both, CD & Cassette, as Standard Equipment.

The Theft Deterrant Alarm System, normally optional, was included as standard.

The car was done in a regular paint color of Light Beige Metallic, and had Leather interior as standard, as well, in matching Light Beige. The car featured a white full length simulated convertible roof. (No Sun/Moonroof was available with this package).

The Gold ornmentation Package was also included, as well as the new for '93 Chromed Wheels.
There was no Special nameplates on it denoting Comemmorative Edition.

It's not known what happened to that 1 show-car unit.

Hmmm....interesting. I found a '91-93 Sedan deVille on eBay last night that sounds a lot like this...same color combo, same simcon top, etc etc.

They made just 4,711 1993 Coupe de Villes, the poorest showing in 30 years.

Sad..........of all the Cadillacs my parents had from the mid sixties through the late eighties, every single one of them was a Coupe deVille - they wouldn't even look at a car with four doors.
