engine was running like crap with no light so i decided to pull codes and got a p013 ... Right oxygen sensor not ready, any suggestions? and also recently the cars been running like crap at idle (throttle body has been cleaned) getting about 12 mpg and i can smell a real strong smell of gas in the exhaust, new plugs, new wires, new cap, and rotor, any ideas on that too? its a 1995 Cadillac DeVille with a 4.9L @ 150,536 miles, medium amount of white smoke until car reaches approx 135 degrees F, no coolant loss, smells like gas the funny thing is, the damn thing gets 22 mpg on the highwway (not according to mileage calculator on the dash) :alchi::alchi::alchi::alchi::alchi::alchi::alchi:
Rod out the two EGR tubes down inside the TB and check for a leaky FPR.

EGR tubes are clean i clean em as needed, FPR isnt leaking, no fuel at all, i did pull a p044 on the highway today, only seems to happen on the highway too, also i noticed my EGR valve's diaphram is dificult to push up on, normal? i dont think these 14 degree days are helping much
If you can get your finger under the EGR, the diaphragm should push up with relative ease I believe.

it gives me a little bit of a fight to push it in, when i disconnected the FPR the rpms leveled out and the car idle much nicer, but i think it was due to the open vacuum, cuz ewhen i plugged the line with my finger the engine started acting like it did b4 the FPR was unplugged

is there a possibility of an o2 sensor causein the engine to run like crap and not trip a DTC?

Not likely. I'd look into that EGR valve. Maybe it is carboned up and not closing completely. Pull it and clean it.
