I had my battery, alternator, and starter checked out and I was told that all of those parts were working fine. Yet my voltage was registering @13.2 when it shoulld be somewhere around 14+. Is this and indication that something is about to go bad electronically?

Well what year is your caddy and how many miles does it have i have a 97 deville and i want to say my car was just reaching 100k and it was reading 12.8-13.3 volts. i then when ahead and changed my plugs and my deville has been happy ever since i just hit 103k this pass weekend and my voltage is not steady however it is always between 13.8-14.3 volts. It has never dropped any lower after the plugs were changed i'm not saying that this is your problem but that seemed to solve mine beside the fact that the plugs were due. Other than that i don't know what else to tell you because thats what worked for me.
