View Full Version : We ordered our CTS! For real this time!

Thought we had an order in last Oct. but the dealership had no allocations. Did they tell us this in the 4 months we've been waiting? NO! My husband called and talked to a different manager than who we had been dealing with and asked for the Status Event Code and there wasn't one. So after all this time of patiently waiting we find out we were waiting on NOTHING! :crying2: Feel like reporting them to the BBB.
Hubby went out to our local dealership that day, asked if they had allocations, which they did, and placed an order for our CTS for REAL. Now only have to wait another 4-6 weeks to get it.

Thanks to everyone on this forum: helped us to know what questions to ask to find out what was really going on with our ordered CTS.

Thank goodness. That dealership needs to be reported, with great vehemence, to General Motors. Hopefully the wait will be on the short side!
