Good for you, photoshop is addicting isn't it? I went through the same thing after I got it, lol. I had a bunch is really great photoshop-enhanced pics of the Caddies before my computer crashed, now I have to wait until I get the contents of my old hard drive restored before I can have them back :(

Although here's a major reworking of a pic I took of the Phaeton that I had uploaded to Photobucket before I crashed, not the best, it's a little rough, but I was just experimenting. It was supposed to look like a frosty October-type setting.

I wouldn't mind seeing a nice photoshop of my car :D. Whenever I post pictures in the forum, they usually don't show up. I'll try anyways. http://picasaweb.google.com/L.Stopak/1978CadillacDevilleLeCabriolet/photo#5106510347531566626

Post the links, we'll get it straightened out. :)

BTW, if you get bored... feel free to mess around with this & see what you can do. The color makes it hard.

I was going to start a new thread for these, but I figured it wasn't that important, so they're going here.

I've been going crazy in Photoshop lately, starting to get better at editing pics. My thing right now is taking old dealer brochure pics and personalizing them.

Firstly, I posted this in the 1989 Brougham Project Thread, but I'll repost here. Started as a 1981 brochure pic, changed the top, added a gold pack, changed the grille and '89'd the front end with crests and rub strips, turning it into something resembling my '89.

Before

After
http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c40/Cadillac_guy/1981_Cadillac-08copy7-3.jpg

Next, I found a higher-resolution scan from the '79 brochure of The Phaetons, so it inspired me to do some work. I always wanted to see what it would look like without the sedan in the background, so I did that first, along with slightly raising the front of the Coupe. It sat a little low before, Cadillac liked to mess with the ride height in their brochures.

Personalizing. Tinted the rear windows like mine has, and added the 392-DIP plate & reflective strip between the rub strips. I like how this turned out.

This one was more of a challenge, it was a lot of firsts for me, and a push of skill, but I think it turned out okay. Started as a 1977 brochure pic, but I liked the whole package, so I tried to put my car in it.. lol. I think I kinda messed up the top, but that was a bitch to do, believe me. Notice the grille, squared off header panel, and tinted parking lights.

After

So, tell me what you think.

Wow Ben, you're pretty good at that. Here's Dope's old calendar submissions that I fixed the foglights on, but never got around to the skirts. You wanna give 'em a try?

Don't wanna hog up bandwidth, so here's links:
