I recently purchased a 1985 fleetwood with the 4100 and was wondering
if there is any way, without disassembling, a person can tell if the updated intake manifold gaskets have been installed. Thanks for the help

Nope. You'll need to disassemble it to find out.

If it's an early 1985 model, there may not even be a gasket, just RTV sealant.

I just did the intakes last year on my 86 Coupe the new ones are Blue and can be seen easily however if they have been replaced a few years ago oil, grease and heat can make it difficult to ID.
