The Cadillac 16 was named "Best of Show" in the new issue of AutoWeek. Nice pictures and write-up. I'm sure that somewhere Bob Lutz is smiling. The only part of the article I didn't like was a reference to Wayne Cherry, and the 16 being the crowning achievement of his career. In my mind, the guy is clueless and if he had his way, the car would never have looked as good as it does. I find myself wondering whether the quote about it being his "crowning achievement" wasn't really a jab considering that it was Bob Lutz that made the quote and he knows that HE, himself was the driving force behind the design that you see. Who knows?

Bob Lutz probably knows that everyone who's anyone knows who really gets the credit...

I saw that car in person two weeks ago at the North American International Auto Show. It was the most beautiful car there in my opinion.

Man the specs on that engine are insane. Hrmm I wonder how it would keep up with those twin turbo supras producing 860 rwhp?
I am not a proponent of ricers... I am just wondering.
