im trying to put a water temp gauge on my 1972 coupe with a stock 472. where in the heck do i put the probe? i see in the haynes they have it by the water neck, mine isnt there, sooooo, where is it?

It is right underneath the AC compressor pulley. Goes horizontally straight into the front of the block.
