Well, first, the part is on national back order.

But second, GMPartsDirect does not paint them that I know of. They'll just ship you the primed unit. How did you order one based on your color?

GM informs you when you order the part that it's a special order and can't be returned. I know several members on another forum who's done this. Some ordered theirs from the dealership parts dept. I understand GM jobs the painting out. Maybe the painters can't keep up with the demand?:hmm:

hello i got my back up light bezel 2 months ago took 3 days to get it white diamond really nice i guess every body wants one this is why they are back orderd just like the v-grill

My CD player only works on 1 channnel. I've been waiting 1.5 months for the replacement part. It is still not in.

I ordered my light platinum rear bezel from GM parts direct took about 8 days to get. they are not unpainted they come in the color of your car ,they need your vin # this tells them the color if you don't have the part #. Their is a big demand for them so they could be on backorder.:bonkers:

Gave up on gmpartsdirect and order from gm-car-parts.com.
