Alright, here's how it's going down for the group that's hanging out with me.


Friday, February 8 2008:
-9 AM- Tanner (Derrty_Deville) and I will leave from Minneapolis. We may leave around 7 for ideal traffic conditions (try like hell to avoid rush hour in Chicago!!!!!!). If we do, we'll let you know.

-4 PM- This is when about we expect to arrive in Downers Grove. At this time, I will contact Gary, Ryan (Crown Vic Owner), John (JRau), Elias (96 Fleetwood), Nicki and inform them that I am in town. The plan was to have Tanner and I meet at Gary's house in Lemont, then picking up others before we go and browse the high end dealers down on Ogden Avenue in Downers Grove. If you want to come and look at Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Maseratis, Cadillacs, BMWs, Benzes :cool2: , and other high end cars, feel free to come along. My cell number is 651-587-3600. I have my phone on from about 10 AM CST until about Midnight CST. Just please don't call after 11 PM CST.

-6:30- Jason arrives at Midway Airport, Ryan picks him up.

-7:30- Gary, Tanner, JRau and I meet Ryan, Nicki and Jason at DePaul University. No plans afterwords set in stone yet, but it's agreed we should find a nice restaurant and dine! It's Elias's birthday so him and his fiance (Nicole) are going out to dinner, and will call me when they're back at home, so I can swing by and drop my stuff off there.




Saturday, February 9 2008:

-Morning- No plans set in stone yet, but I know that Nicki and Jason are free, along with Ryan, Tanner, John and Gary. Brunch/Breakfast perhaps? Elias has to work from 8-3, so I can't hang around his house much that morning.

-12:45- Gary (GDwriter) gets into Midway from Portland. Flight 214 from Southwest. I will be picking him up in the S Class. Nicki has shown an interest in guiding me there. Anyone else is free to come. It seats 5, but 4 is preferred. Otherwise, we could motorcade if there's enough interest. Then, I'd have to drop Gary off at the hotel that Jesda, Gary and Tanner are staying at in Downer's Grove. From there, we will tour downtown with anyone that wants to come. Nicki and Gary would be the tour guides. The only thing I really wanna do is go to the top of the John Hancock Tower.

-7:00- Dinner at Giordanos in Oakbrooke Terrace. Nicki has reserved a table for 15.
No plans afterwords, maybe this is when I'll race Jesda?


Sunday, February 10 2008:

-Morning- No plans set in stone yet. Brunch perhaps again?

-1:00- Meet at the Cadillac display at the Auto Show. Not sure how or when everyone is getting to McCormick place, but I know that I'm riding with Elias in his Roadmaster sedan, and we're going early. Not sure how early yet. Jesda had said earlier that he would take his Navigator down, it seats 7.

-6:00- This would be the absolute latest I could leave for Minneapolis. It's a six and a half hour drive, and I've gotta work Monday morning at 10:30

I emailed JimmyH and JRau the schedule. Jimmy says he can only be there for sure on Sunday, but he's gonna try and sneak out for Fri-Sat.

Since about Tuesday afternoon.

Tanner and I are departing from my house at 7 AM. We'll drive at a normal pace, stop for lunch and make somewhat regular stops to get out and move around. Expect us there between 2-3:30 depending on traffic. I will call all once we arrive in Downers Grove.

I just called Giordano's and said there's bigger parties so we couldn't get a reservation (supposedly there's big group of kids for a dance??) It's on first come first serve basis... the girl said for me to call 45 minutes before we arive to get our name on the list...

Left front airbag leaks at temps below 40*.... So it's fine if you're below the Mason-Dixon line. But sucky if you're in Chicago, especially if you're on Cicero Avenue.

Hey, sorry about all the BS, i really wished i coulda been there longer.

All i gotta say, i wanted to see jesda so ****in bad and give him shit, but just was able to shake his hand. Gizmo, you and that car, ESC V, the V threw me off, sorry about that. That car was PIMP (you looked like one too (in a good way)).


Jason, gotta admit, the crown vic aint as bad as you thought it was, peeling out downtown on halsted, going 15mph in that carpark (yeah, that WAS stupid too bad you were not with), ect, doing 100mph downtown on lakeshore.


The parking garage attempted drifts and burnouts were decent too, chad needs to upload that video.

Front right air bag is leaking in cold weather. Over time, all the air in the system bleeds out. When its really cold, the leak gets worse and the compressor can't keep up and just shuts itself down to prevent overheating.

$300 fix... just lazy. :P
