Does anyone know where I can find a STOCK steering wheel for my 1989 Brougham?

Junkyard... Leather wrapped wheels usually dont last long. The plastic ones with the wood inserts would last longer (wear and tear wise)

SEM is a dye process that you can do yourself. There are different dyes for leather, plastic, and vinyl. I believe you want "Sure Coat" for leather. It will have to be prepped properly to get good results, but when done right will look factory, and won't wear off.
