Ok i have a 69 eldorado and at the moment it has open exhaust. and i want to do a cheap muffler till i can get can get the money to do a real exhaust well the cheap muffler would be cherry bomb glasspacks for $20 each, does anyone have any video of what it may sound like? if so plz post

It won't be as loud as all these trucks I hear with Flowmasters, but your neighbors might not like it if you go to work early. It will sound good though;probably too good.

I actually put a 40 series Flowmaster on my '79 CDV yesterday. The 425 sounds very nice. It's got a noticable burble at idle, and it sounds off when you first take off up until about 2000 RPM. After that, it disappears. I would recommend the Flowmaster over the glasspacks anyday

i would loveto get flowmasters but i just want to get the car going and i need a mufflers to do so, so glasspacks will be install till i can get the money to do a real exhaust system.. i installed some cherry bomb glasspacks on a ford and it had a 390 in it and it sounds awesome but i want to know if they will be to loud with the caddy 500
