Hi, I have a 2003 DHS Deville with the 6 disc BOSE CD changer in the glove box. The changer will not eject and it no longer shows as available on the front of the display either. Use to, I could just turn the key off and on and it would come back, but no luck this time.

The CD changer is stuck in the device and I see no manual eject.

So, 1: how can I manually eject the 6 disc changer that is stuck.

2: Any ideas on what to check to get it back online? Fuse maybe? loose connection in the back? I'm looking for some suggestions and help to get it back online.

Try removing the plug and plugging it back in. Not sure how to do in a Deville, but a Seville is easy.
