I am going to put headers on my car this weekend hopefully and I was wondering if anyone has personal experience with header wrap. I've searched the net for hours and there are plenty of people for both. I just need some real life experience to see if its worth doing.
Thanks in advance

Get them ceramic coated. Header wrap is for track cars. Wrap is widely documented as being responsible for the decay of pipes on street cars. I have the headers done with Ceramakrome on my 95 SS, and they look great after three years. The underhood heat is very low - I can hold my hand right next to the tubing as the car runs, and I didn't have to insulate anything.
