Has anyone had any dealings with Willington Cadillac? Jeff sells used Cadillac parts. He is located in Willington Connecticut. I bought a few parts from him a month ago. Once I paid for the parts, I stopped hearing from him. I have not got any parts. Have not got a tracking number. He will not call back or reply to my emails.
