I need some advice on how to remove the smog pump belt, i am having trouble with accessing that bolt behind the assembe that frees it up so you can then move the pivot bolt? If there is another way to loosen the belt please let me know, this is my first time.

IIRC there are 3 bolts, on that it swings on and 2 in the back. But it has been a long while and mine was on a 307 Olds in a Cutlass... They redid bracketry around 87-88 or so....
