I have yet another problem, my cruise control seems to be Enabling once I set it on, the green light comes on, but it isnt keeping my speed, it just slows down as normal. What could be wrong?

Vacuum leak. Check the servo unit and the vacuum supply line. Also be sure that it is connected to the throttle and that the chain does not have too much slack.

Ok, I dont think there are any vacuum leaks, but my chain is definitely slacked, it rides on the manifold.

Try to readjust it so there is only a slight bit of slack in it (not taunt). I think that may be your problem.
