View Full Version : A thread for RWD Cadillacs with factory wire wheels. Wheelman322 01-27-08, 05:24 PM I'm always searching for pictures of RWD or even FWD Cadillacs with geniune Cadillac wire wheels. Figuered I would start a thread for anybody else that is. Also a great oppurtunity to showboat my own rides. So post a pic....even if it's an old car that's gone, not your car, looks like sh*t, etc, etc.....Just wires on a Caddy.

Love the tint too, very formal; is the windshield tinted too? And now that I see her like that, I think you made the right choice on which one to let go. Good luck! I have always loved the wires.... Benzilla 01-27-08, 07:25 PM So do you just put those on with reguler lug nuts, or a more flattering alternative? 1990CaddyBrougham 01-27-08, 07:27 PM OOOOO Shit son... GOOD IDEA!!!!!
Im on this like white on rice.....
First are mines....

www.lugnutking.com Benzilla 01-27-08, 07:40 PM Thanks, I knew there had to be something like my Cutlass with the Rally Wheels has. About two years ago I detailed a '91 Brougham wit the wires, but I couldn't remember what it had. I'll look into those.
EDIT: There's like 1000 lug nuts on there, what kind do I need?
Ben. jayoldschool 01-27-08, 08:21 PM I need center caps:crying2:
Is there anything else that will work that I can add some crests to??? 1990CaddyBrougham 01-27-08, 09:22 PM I need center caps:crying2:

If a dink bag i knew didnt give my wheels away with the coupe he sold i woulda sold u the caps. Normally i wouldnt break em up, but for you, id make a exception. Gotta hook a brother up. Im looking at another craigslist deal. Sopose to be Ultra primo... for $400 with caps. I already have another PRIMO set waiting for this 81... which was another local retarded seller who GAVE em away on CL, to me obviously.
Ill keep my eyes pealed tho!! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v222/ryanwhaler/l_caa296763324c6ab58d4605733825866.jpg
sold her last week..... Wheelman322 01-27-08, 09:59 PM Love the responses....Let's keep this going. BTW Ben....I always use the chrome lug nuts. I have a surplus of them at my house b/c they keep getting harder to find. I also have 2 sets of extra wire wheels, but both need to be refinished. I was going to sell the 78 with a set, but I figured it looked better with the mint OEM hubcaps. Thanks....It's funny b/c all of my friends agree. Everyone was against me taking the wide whites off the 78 until I pulled up with them on the 80. And yeah....I tint the windshields on every one of my cars. I now feel like the car looks naked without it. Benzilla 01-27-08, 10:30 PM Okay, so exactly what kind of lug nut do I need to have? As I said, there's way to many on that website to know which one would be right, espesially with no point of referance.

They are the same thread as the regulars, but have the tapered edge. Maybe somebody else on here can help with the correct name. brougham 01-29-08, 10:37 PM Theres a picture of my Cadillac on here somewhere with its real wire wheels and it came with them new. I think if you get McGard lug nuts they probably look a lot like what the factory ones look like. This is really the only Brougham on wires I have on my PC since the crash. Sorry the pics are so small, but I think it's a striking car none the less.
