is there any way I can test my ignition control module on my 95 cadillac ETC?
I do have the code
P025 (E025) .................. (Ignition Control Module) 24x Reference Low Indicator

and sometimes my car feels slow,doesnt pull hard as it used to

Usually with modules I test them by swapping them with another if I can find them in a junkyard. Most solid state stuff can't be repaired anyway. A dealer might have some kind of tester but it would cost you more $ than an Easter egg from a yard.
