If the company is reputable than the products are fine.

altered in some way... who told you this?

get the model number, if the number matches you should be fine, and be sure to go with a reputable source. crutchfield, overstock, yadda yadda, not some fly by night

and they are hundreds cheaper because online stores have very low overhead. normal stores have to cover employees and RENT for the store. THATS why they are sold for hundreds more, and anyone that tells you that "well.. umm.. the ones sold online are modified and are not as good as the ones i have in the store.." are trying to sell you something alright.. and it aint speakers.

let us know what you are looking for and we can all help you out finding a good source.

You could run into what they call gray market stuff. These are items not intended to be sold in the US. the main problem with them is the manufacturer will not warranty that stuff in the US.

Stick with the big name sellers and you should be fine.

We have a big internet seller here in NJ and I bought a ton of stuff and emailed the guy and he let me pick it up, saved the shipping too.

i've used that site for all my stereo purchases, there is nothing shady or "gray" about it. welcome to the internet.

What about dildos? Are they safe to purchase online? Should I worry about them being "pre-owned"?

I think your biggest risk is your getting a rebuilt item, not new.

Google: Lanzar amplifier reviews

Results 1 - 10 of about 17,200 for lanzar amplifier reviews. (0.24 seconds)

This probably belongs in the audio section.

:(

Damn and I just went a full Lanzar system. I remember how good they were.

Eh we'll see how it sounds. Worse case scenario I'm out minimal. But we'll see. I did some research just to make sure they weren't crap so I'll have to see and let you know.

I boought all my equipment from Ebay stores. Everything I have is legit new with warranty. No problems. I've bought so much crap off the internet, I don't care for stores anymore unless it's something I need instantly.
