That chat rocks and the anti engine drag feature is a REALLY good one. Seems like they have done some world class enhancements to make sure weight transfer is smooth on this cars and is runns really well at the limit under all conditions. And no heavy run flats! W00t!!!

I'll be interested to see if it corners like the old V... with more weight you would think they would have to stiffen it up to make it hold the corners the same, but he mentions that the active shocks actually gave more compliance while still being performance oriented...

Not that it matters since it will be able to make it all up and more in the straights...

I predict it will corner better with the rubber on it and the magneto shocks.

Good old John and his kronies told all of us earlier owners that there were no diff issues with the car . We were abusing it..:cookoo:

Thanks for the link to the chat. Having seen the new V in person at Detroit, I simply cannot wait.

It made me feel better to hear that the ride is similar to the FE3 suspension. The FE3 suspension is plenty firm without overly sacrificing ride quality. It'll be interesting to see how the magnetic ride control varies from cruising to driving the twisties.
