Wow, I really like the coupe. That thing is gorgeous.

I hope there's an option to have non-polished/chrome wheels on the V though.

Better not post anything from the Ford display... they might sue you!

The coupe is nice but I have friends that ride with me so I will stick to four doors.
Love the V that is going to be one mean car !

hahaha i know right. Wouldnt want to anyway. The WORST display i have seen was the ford one. Nothing attracting attention, and the bullet mustang that might as well be a plain V6 to the non performance enthusiast

I'm not saying this to criticize your photography, but from that angle (which would be the most common perspective of looking at it -- not dead on zero elevation like the press release photo) -- the coupe REALLY looks like a wannabe 'Fast and the Furious' ricer hatchback. All it needs is that neon crap and one of those buzzy mufflers.

I'd pay the $15K for a late model low mileage ETC -- plus another $5ish thousand for a new N* if necessary -- before I paid the $40+K that thing would cost.

Sickening...

Oh, and the regular CTS looks WAY better than the V. With those tricked out ground effects it looks more like a Pontiac than a Cadillac. (And this from someone who owned a GP GTP WITH said ground effects...).

The CTS Coupe is very sexy, very sweet and unique in design. Sadly (for me) it's also small. Very small. There are VWs that are larger. I think a new 2008 Ford Focus 4-door is probably equal in size.

Having been in a pretty big accident in 1974, where I was "T-Boned" by a car going 40MPH, and clipped me in the right rear door, and my car was 5,000 pounds and totaled, and I suffered a cut elbow, I do not take kindly to little cars. Even todays "full sized" cars are equal to "Mid-Sized" car of a couple of decades ago. Even insurance studies have proven you ARE safer in a big car. So, I would forgo the sexiness of this CTS Coupe, if if if if if I could get this:-

I agree partially in that the car should be called the ETC and brought out of retirement. To me this is a kick in the balls for the eldo owners out there.

...but it's a CTS

The Eldorado ended on a good note, and it should stay that way IMO.

I will always call that car an ETC if it is a two door Caddy it will always be an Eldo in my mind.
