My front and rear caddy emblems on my 05 EXT are fading/loosing color pretty bad from the sun. Almost all the red in it is gone. Anyone know where I can get replacments at a resonable price. Really only need the center part not the wreath. Between ebay and dealer they want $70 to $100 each. Sucks to have to spend almost $200 for new emblems after only 2.5 years.

My emblem on an 03 Escalade was replaced under warranty for the same reason.

I vinyled my rear emblem, looks sick and protects it ;)

I just sold about 3 weeks ago 03' shields (front and rear) without crests, only paid $72.00 for both new, but that was in 03'.

I got mine from ebay and paid only $20ea for the Escalade emblem. Keep looking back on ebay sometimes you can get a good deal.

I bought our new 06 escalade new in Sep 06 in Chicago. It was a $610 option that I had to buy as it was on the car already. We drove it back home to Texas and within days all of the gold on the gold emblems were fading. I got them all replaced under the lifetime waranty. They backcharged the other dealer $1100. Within weeks some of those faded. I got that repaired under warranty. Check and see if there is any warranty before buying them.

good advice...sometimes we forget it might be covered under warranty...and as stated before...pics for the vinyl'd emblems please...
