Not sure there's a TB for sale or if he's looking for what one sells for. Given the average result of messing with a N* TB, an altered unit isn't worth the aluminum it's made from.

If it's for sale, why???

I haven't looked at the newer V-8 STS/CTS/XLR engine posts. What size TB do they use ??

Offer him $25. If it won't fit one of your listed vehicles you can always fence it to a fish on eBay.

Do a search for "low rpm power loss" and "midrange stumble".

Yes, I'm being catty, but you just might find you spent some $$$ for nothing. A larger TB will only do anything for power at the top of the curve, near redline. 1/10th of 1% of your engine time, and may well affect normal driveability due to Idle Air, butterfly, and PCM offsets.
