Just bought an 08 CTS and love it. I traded in my 95 Ford F250 4x4 Powerstroke diesel pickup for it. Talk about a big change. It's Big Pimping from now on!!

Wow, quite a change indeed. I was always a big fan of those 92-96 Diesel F Series trucks...did that have that 7.3L Navistar motor in it?

Guys, thanks for the warm welcome.:)

My 95 Ford did have the 7.3ltr Powerstroke Diesel. I had it chipped and quite a few other mods. But I had been driving it for 11 years and was ready for a change. I was thinking about a SUV but when I saw the new CTS, it's was a done deal.

Al, the weather has been bouncing all over the place the last week or so. Last night we had our first freeze but it was back up in the 50's today. Our normal high is around 60.

Hey Al,
should we send someone down to break his knee caps now or later?

BTW, :welcome:

I was born and raised in Columbus OH and spent my first 40yrs. there. Moved to the Lonestar State just a little more than 3yrs. ago and couldn't be happier. :yup: Sorry, but I don't miss the long cold winters, snow, road salt and gray sky's at all. It did take a little while to get use to the 100+ degree summers.:( That's why I got a CTS with the light platinum exterior with the light titanium with ebony accents interior and had the windows tinted first thing. That Texas sun is relentless!:gasp: Still wondering is I should of gotten the sapele wood trim? I think it looks better with the darker interior.
