I'm a fan of the Indiana Jones movies, seen 'em all when they first came out in the theatres. Hard to believe Harrison Ford is 65 y/o. Seems like just yesterday I was watching the first Star Wars movie and him as Han Solo. Now he's an old man. I'm telling ya, the years just fly by.

Agreed!!

Who's Willa Ford?

Late 90s pop tart. She did some singing, some acting, now she's doing nothing. She did pose nude recently.

Oh Good Lord... enough is enough already... this is worse than Bruce Willis doing another Die Hard, I mean come on... Ford is six years older than Sean Connery was in The Last Crusade.

I'm not going to pay 10+ bucks to see Harrison Ford and walker trying to outrun the Grim-Reaper... or a giant rolling can of Ensure... or whatever.

The only somewhat-believable role he could and should take up again is as Jack Ryan - I loved the two installments he did - he was perfect for that role, much more than Alec Baldwin, and leaps and bounds better than that two-bit hack that succeeded him - benaffleck.

In what movies did he play Jack Ryan?

Anyone remember this role?

He played Jack Ryan in Patriot Games and Clear and Present Danger. I think the Ford's demeanor fits the role perfectly... while I thought Alec Baldwin did an okay job in The Hunt For Red October, I didn't like benaffleck's portrayal one bit in The Sum of All Fears.

Were Patriot Games and Clear and Present Danger before or after Red October? Red October was released in '89.

They were both after - '92 and '94 respectively, if I recall correctly.

His age is irrelevant, if he's a good actor, and it ends up being a good movie, good for him. As long as he is capable I don't see what his age has to do with it.

I certainly will be seeing this movie for myself, regardless of what the reviews say. The Indiana Jones series is quite an entertaining one, and I hope this movie lives up to the rest of the series.
