Saw a fold out in Road & Track for this, and it looks hot. Where does this fall in their lineup?

It is due to REPLACE and is LARGELY based ON the S Type underneath.

Im not wild about the design, but I do like the interior quality and the feature content. It has the first automotive application Im aware of of a Bowers and Wilkins audio system, and when you start the car, the shifter "raises" into your hand. Its a work of art inside.

I like this Jaguar both inside and out. It's eye catching, to me, in every way...

I really like the aston martin influence in the rear and side profile. The front, meh, could have a little been better.

I like it....not as much as I like the 95-02 XJ's, but still like it a lot.

still shitty.....lets get back to the E Type....that defined Jag.

The XJS' "flying buttresses" still reign supreme for me...

Like I made mention of in the other post... the XF is too similar to the MKS, or vice-versa... at least they made the LS/S-Type look different...

When I first saw the pics on the net I thought it was like a 4 doors Aston Martin besides aforementioned . Remember Aston Martin Rapid concept . So, it also looks like a combination of Volvo and Lexus too . Nothing is wrong with that yet when we talk 'bout a Jaguar I think you should easily pick out it's a Jaguar even w/o the badges .I ain't a purist nor am I saying that 60's design were any better lol
I live the way XJ40 and X300 looks not the X350 .Hopefully, they will replaced it in 2009 which is nice . XF is a cool car at least it directly replaces S Type and far better looking car to S Type . I hope it will attract many customers to the brand

I am not feeling the XF at all.

I think it's drop-dead georgous - but, I could never afford one. I was told it will replace the top of the linme, XJ Sedans. Somehow, it looks too much like Lexus influence, especiallyin the rear end design, but...it's still up there among my 5 dream cars...... Wait 'til ya see one in white !
