Folks,

Can anyone tell me where to go to purchase a table top glass, 30" Square, 1/8" thick, beveled 3/4" to 1" along the edge?

A glass shop? Let your fingers do the walking.

Watch out for Lowes or other big stores with dopes working there. My grandsons broke the glass insert in their coffee table a while ago and just yesterday my daughter in law says to me "I got a replacement at Lowes, only 8 bucks" I immediately said don't let the kids near it. It's got to be window glass and sure enough it was. That could have sliced someone up pretty good, the guy who sold her that should be fired.

Any halfway decent glass shop should be able to cut and shape it for you, although DKoz's suggestion is probably the best.

Check your local furniture stores. I made a table recently and found the glass at American Furniture Warehouse here locally. It was a fraction of what the glass shop wanted to custom make one.
