what is cheapest way to ship tires in us. ie. from myself in tn to someone in cali thanx mlg

Band them together in pairs (lots of tape, big zip ties,etc.) and ship DHL. As long as you can slap a label on them any major delivery company should take them. Sometimes USPS is pretty cheap too.

OMG there are tons of ways, back of a truck, those faithful truck drivers have plenty of space in their trailers, also FEDEX has a deal with USPS and they are damn cheap, and you even get a trackin number if i am not mistaken...

Yellow Pages is your best friend...Personally i am always screwed, shippin always costs more then the item, or i have to buy so much it really puts a dent in my wallet just to save a few bucks....

Major shippers will charge about $20 per tire plus ins. Cheaper if you identify recipient as having a business address.
