hoping someone could enlighten me. i was under the impression that there were two factory options for upgraded wheels/covers in 79. first was standard wheels w/ wire hubcaps and the other was real wire wheels. i'm wondering if this is true and if there are any pictures out there of what they look like. i found this ad:

Wire wheels were available through Cadillac in 1979, but those aren't them. They looked like this....

No, not yet. But you can find nice originals on eBay most of the time.

Yeah the one's on that site are third party. They look a little too vintage for these cars, IMO. Hence the 50's cars, etc.
