ok. well first off it's my 94 again.
The car has sat for about a week or so so i started it up today to drive around the block before winter. I start it up and it idles hi and then comes down. drive around come back and let it idle for about 2 minutes. The i see something ( smoke or steam) comes from the the hood.
I lift the hood and see there is stuff coming from the front rad. The fans were off, and then they turned on because i guess it got hot and the stuff was gone and blown away

The smoke/steam/something in the back of the engine It is coming up and passing by the EGR valve. . . maybe exhaust? and it is also coming up from under the coil packs in the back left hand corner.

While i was taking this video ( on youtube has to verify yet)
i head a DING DING DING come from the DIC. . and it said 'LOW OIL PRESSURE SHUT ENGINE DOWN"
NOT again.

can anyone help me out with this. do i need a new rad.
BTW the engine temp was at 106

Smoking habits are a tricky bitch to get under control... I know I still find it hard to resist a good Camel...

Oil smoke and coolant steam may look somewhat alike to the untrained eye, but they have a very distinct and different smell. What did it smell like?

It's hard to break a habit ....Hope they don't smell some burnt coolant

well there is defiantly stuff coming out of the top of a rad for sure and it is coolant. so perhaps it needs a new rad, it has never gotten a new one.
and the stuff from the back side of the engine is oil of some type, I think it may be valve cover gaskets.
are they hard to do ?
But the odd part is. the oil level is the same as when i turned off the car last time and the car runs cool and never overheats.
Would bad valve cover gaskts cause the oil pressure thing to go off ?

how hard is it to replace the rad? and valve covers?

Never had to do either. Rear cam cover may be a little tight. Front cam cover will need a P/S pulley puller to remove the water pump drive pulley.
