I find it disturbing that every week stories like this emerge in the news. Lead in toys, E coli in food, what's next?

Oh and E coli on food is damn disgusting. :vomit:

E coli on food is routine. If natural fertilizers such as manure are used it can't be avoided. Cook your food. Wash raw vegetables. Observe personal hygiene like your momma told you. Much ado about nothing.

Agreed. It happens. Work in a restaurant for a couple of weeks and pay attention to the kitchen. You'll be surprised that ANYone is still alive, if you believe the hype and crazyness of those who freak out about it. There's 303 MILLION people in this country alone. Some of them are bound to get sick from eating something bad.

The general gets off the plane in Korea and asks, "What the hell is that smell?". He's told that night soil is spread on the fields. He says, "Yeah, I know. But what the hell do they do to it?".
