Sorry, not at this time. :(
The tri-color paints are notoriously difficult to match (vinyl is cast in the color it needs to be, whereas tricolor paints use a tint in the clearcoat to create pearlescent effects; This makes matching, even when using less durable printed vinyls, extremely hard to do). Nashtyboy 11-04-07, 05:06 PM How hard are these things to apply? I'd hate to screw up my new Cadi :) gothicaleigh 11-06-07, 12:47 PM How hard are these things to apply? Don't worry, if you make a mistake the worse that can happen is you will destroy the eyelids and you will need to remove them and try again.
Here's rough installation instructions for now: (I'm working on pictorial ones for the future)
-Clean the surface thoroughly. The cleaner the surface, the better the finish will be.
-Spray the surface with application fluid liberally (a couple drops of dishsoap in a spray bottle of water will work fine).
-Carefully hold the vinyl at one of it’s edges and pull the waxpaper off gently. Spray the adhesive side of the graphic with application fluid. This way, if the vinyl touches itself, you should be able to pull it apart as long as it remains wet.
-Lay the vinyl on the surface you wet earlier and slide into desired position.
-Working from the center out to the edges, use a squeegee to gently press out bubbles and wrinkles so the vinyl lays flat. Make sure the vinyl does not move while working out the fluid. If it has, just reposition. This will get harder to do the longer it sits and the dryer the adhesive gets.
-The adhesive will start to activate more and the vinyl will begin to stick permanently. You may want to use a hairdryer or heatgun to speed this process up (but it’s unnecessary in most conditions).
-After it has set and began to adhere, you can use an X-acto knife or razor blade to trim any edges that did not align perfectly or pop any remaining bubbles you may have.
As it is now November, I should also mention that the warmer you keep the vinyl and surface, the easier it is to work with (in other words, do not attempt to apply them in freezing weather; They will not stick or set up properly).
Hope that helps. :) 05cts-v 11-13-07, 02:00 AM Just sent the $$ for a set. Still taking orders for there? Do i just send the money to the web address via paypal? gothicaleigh 01-17-08, 09:24 PM Still taking orders for there?

They're to black out the keyslots in the doors. There was a lot of talk around here about keyslot covers a while back, so I added them to the set.
We're always looking at ways to improve our offered sets and designs, so any kind of feedback or ideas any of you may have is appreciated. Wrestler07 03-08-08, 01:41 AM Hey anything for blue chip yet? Please PM me if so! Any more pictures showing the various applications from different angles/distances?
I'm intrigued but can't tell much from the posted pics.

Sorry, that is all I have at the moment. The view from different angles is a valid concern, so I'll try and track down a few more for you.
Hey gothicaleigh,
I wanted to know if you can customize them to be pearl white to match my car?
Pearls and Tri-colors are very difficult to match in vinyl (the effect in the paint is achieved through multiple layers and tinting the clearcoat), so I do not have a perfect match for them at this time.
We can cut the eyelids in a true white or from a sign tint, but unfortunately neither is going to be a perfect match. You think you can make a perfect match? If not then I think I'm willing to go with carbon fiber. If you can snap a quick photo of it that would be wonderful.
I think carbon fiber and pearl whie might go together. gothicaleigh 04-08-08, 02:09 PM http://www.8thdaycreations.com/images/Cadillac/carbon_fibre.png
It's really hard to get a good pic of that stuff.
Our faux carbon fibre is a high gloss metallized polyester. It imitates the texture of true carbon fibre and catches light the same way (the weave alternates colors depending which angle light hits it from). Many other shops try to pass off a grey and black printed checkerboard pattern as a "carbon fibre" look. Ours has the appearance of the real thing. gothicaleigh 05-12-08, 11:55 AM anything for Redline ?
Sorry, we do not have a match for redline at this time. :( how about flat black ? i dont fell like buffing headlights out :o gothicaleigh 05-15-08, 10:25 AM how about flat black ? i dont fell like buffing headlights out :o
Sure, we can cut them from flat/matte black. :) How about carbon fiber for the door posts? bossplayer 05-29-08, 03:27 PM How about carbon fiber for the door posts?
That might be cool gothicaleigh 05-29-08, 07:12 PM How about carbon fiber for the door posts?
I'll see if I can get the measurements. Just remember who thought of the idea.
I think throwing an inexpensive set my way would only be fair.:devilheh:
I will probably order a set of your lids soon. Do you have anything for the turning signal above the fog light? Just ordered the eyelid kit in Raven Black. The B pillars in carbon fiber sound like a great idea!
Mike (had CF pillars on his 350Z) gothicaleigh 06-05-08, 11:00 AM Do you have anything for the turning signal above the fog light?
We'll offer a 'blackout' set here within the next week that includes the turn signals, side markers, and reverse lamps.

Just so there is no confusion later on, the pillar decals that we are planning to offer will be made from a metallized polyester that imitates the carbon fibre look. They are not carbon fibre replacements for the pillars, but they will provide the look at a fraction of the price of true carbon fibre.
