Do you mean when the outside temp is hot or when the lights have been on for a while and the LIGHTS are hot?

If it is after the lights have been on for a while... I would suspect a bad ballast. If it does it after the engine is hot I would look at the alternator output.

Does it do it anytime the lights are on for a while? If still under warranty... take it to the dealer.

those H.I.D lights are pretty complicated, that sounds like a bad ballast.I suggest taking it 2 the dealer.

I had the same thing happen. It would flash 2 or 3 times after being on for about 10 minutes. Dealer could'nt find anything wrong, after the second time we took it in they replaced the whole assembly, problem gone. Never did find out what was wrong.
