I ran a 13.8 bone stock... Is that good?

Your time is good, as you did not break anything.
Cadillac, IIRC, stated 0-60 in 4.6secs and 1/4 in 13.1secs, but no one on the board has posted a time this fast.
Here are some times for stock Vs:

... and now to humor you, a V will run you about $3,000 in the quarter mile, here is the breakdown:
1) tow from the strip=$300
2) new rear and half-shafts plus labor=$2,500
3) three-day car rental=$150

i ran a 13.5 @103 stock but i know i can get faster. i was shifting slow bc the run before i actually pulled the shifter handle and boot off when i hit 2nd lol

13.6 @ 109 (2.4 60' :o) with mild mods (cat back, cai, rt cats).

I'm done with the drags. That beats the living snot out of the car. Twisties for me from now on.

Right foot - quick downward movement until it stops. Leave it in that position.

Left foot - quick upward movement until it hits your left elbow.

Then quick stearing adjustments as you fight for control.
